System verification in real propagation environments is a critical challenge in wireless communication system research.
Comprehensive evaluation of spectrum characteristics, modulation signal quality, and antenna/feeder system characteristics enables accurate assessment of system performance.
However, conventional high-frequency measurement systems are expensive and large-scale, posing challenges for deployment in universities and research institutions or for field measurements. This exhibition introduces a low-cost, portable wireless system verification platform that combines a real-time spectrum analyzer covering up to 26.5 GHz with a vector network analyzer also covering up to 26.5 GHz.
The platform provides the following functions: (1) visualization of signal behavior in the time-frequency domain and interference source identification through real-time spectrum analysis, (2) modulation signal quality confirmation through constellation display, and (3) evaluation of antenna matching characteristics and transmission line characteristics through vector network analysis. The academic significance of this equipment lies in its low-cost, compact configuration, which enables seamless implementation from basic laboratory experiments to outdoor field trials, contributing to the efficiency of wireless communication system research.
The exhibition will demonstrate each function and introduce expected measurement scenarios. |
