A Study on AI-Based Script Generation for Communication System Control -- Challenges in Automatically Generating Scripts for Non-Public Languages --

(in English) This report investigates an LLM-assisted approach to automatic control script generation for a domain-specific language (DSL) used in multi-vendor communication system control.
Because the target DSL used in practice is not publicly available, existing LLMs have not been trained on its language specification and cannot generate scripts solely from instructions.
To address this limitation, we propose two methods that enable LLM-assisted DSL script generation.
Comparative evaluations with conventional approaches show that the proposed methods reduce syntactic errors in generated scripts by approximately 50%.
Furthermore, based on evaluation and analysis, we summarize key technical insights for effective LLM support of DSLs and discuss future directions for further improving automatic control script generation.
