A new concept to transfer power and signal wirelessly undersea is proposed. It originates from the doubt that ions in the sea can move like the electrons in the solid, as has been believed by people for a long history. A new method to measure the conductivity of the sea water, and the shielding of the electrodes in the sea are proposed. |
