Proposal for a mobile network performance database system considering a reliability of measurement data

(in English) As part of measures to address the declining birthrate and the increasing aging population, remote control using high-bandwidth, low-latency 5G mobile communication networks has been proposed and tested. Remote control requires sufficient bandwidth and short latency, so we are researching and developing a mobile network performance database system that can store and use communication speed, location, and time information, allowing us to determine whether the required bandwidth can be secured based on past communication speed data. This system does not require user registration or management because it requires as much data as possible. Therefore, there is a possibility that false data may be registered through impersonation or data tampering. In this report, we describe the protocol for preventing spoofing and data tampering that was considered in this study and its demonstration.
