Organs in surgical videos exhibit similar visual features, leading to misrecognition when the field of view changes, even within the same case. To address this issue, we propose a model that combines U-Net and SAM2. By generating prompts from U2-Net predictions and feeding them into SAM2, it achieved automatic lobe-level recognition in unseen scenes. We also investigate how prompt updating based on SAM2 predictions affects recognition accuracy. |
