(in English) In this study, we propose a transmitarray (TA) for simultaneous Wi-Fi communication and energy harvesting (EH).
Specifically, a TA that can control the refraction direction is placed behind a Wi-Fi access point (AP).
The radio waves radiated from the AP in the rearward direction achieve EH by refracting toward the receiving rectenna via the TA.
The radio waves radiated from the AP in the forward direction are used for the Wi-Fi communication.
The designed TA was evaluated based on its radiation pattern and wireless power transfer efficiency.
As a result, beams were obtained in the design direction and the front direction, and maximum efficiency was achieved in the design direction at the distance between TA and rectenna of 3$lambda_0$ [m].
