Ray tracing methods are widely used for site-specific radiowave propagation simulation in both indoor and outdoor wireless environments. In previous studies, we proposed a method that separates the propagation path search process and the electric field calculation process in ray tracing methods. This method enables computations faster than conventional methods by reusing propagation paths for other processes. In this study, we validate the effectiveness of our method by applying it to the parameter design and installation planning of wireless power transmission systems. Finally, we present a classification of use cases where the application of propagation path reuse is particularly effective. |
