(in English) Benefiting from advances in Gaussian Splatting, animatable human models have achieved impressive reconstruction quality in recent years, but often rely on a large number of Gaussian primitives, resulting in high memory usage and limited rendering efficiency, especially in real-time and multi-user scenarios. We propose a self-distillation–based approach for model compression that prunes high-density Gaussian avatars, retaining only the minimal set of primitives required to preserve visual appearance quality. Our method is framework-agnostic and applicable to various settings, including single-view images, videos, and feed-forward inference pipelines.
