| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究では，プラネタリウムにおける聴覚障害者のアクセシビリティ向上を目的として，国内施設の情報保障の現状調査と，生解説に対する字幕投影の有効性検証を行った．全国調査の結果，字幕提示やヒアリングループなど多様な支援が存在する一方で，その周知が不十分であり，聴覚障害者が利用可能な支援を把握できていないこと，さらに支援の有効性が十分に検証されていない現状が明らかとなった．そこで，字幕提示が特に困難とされる生解説に着目し，それを実施している松戸市民会館プラネタリウム室に協力を得て，聴覚障害のある参加者18名を対象に字幕の有無を比較するクロスオーバー実験を実施した．解析の結果，字幕提示は理解度，学習効果，感情的共鳴を有意に向上させ，生解説において字幕が有効な情報保障手段であることが確認された． |
| （英） | This study aimed to improve accessibility for deaf and hard‑of‑hearing visitors in planetariums by investigating the current state of information support in Japanese facilities and by evaluating the effectiveness of caption projection during live narration. A nationwide survey revealed that although various forms of support exist, such as caption displays and hearing loops, awareness of these services remains insufficient. As a result, deaf and hard‑of‑hearing users often do not know what support is available to them, and the effectiveness of these services has not been adequately verified. To address this issue, the study focused on live narration, a context in which captioning is considered particularly challenging. With the cooperation of the Matsudo Civic Hall Planetarium, a crossover experiment was conducted with 18 participants with hearing impairments to compare conditions with and without captions. The analysis showed that captioning significantly improved comprehension, learning outcomes, and emotional engagement. These findings demonstrate that captions are an effective means of information support during live planetarium narration. | |
