Effects of Audiovisual Asynchrony on Attractiveness Ratings -- An Examination Using Popular YouTube Videos --

(in English) Differences in attractiveness evaluation under audiovisual asynchrony have not yet been sufficiently investigated. The present study conducted a fundamental examination to clarify the tolerance range for audiovisual temporal offsets. Healthy adults participated in subjective evaluations and eye-tracking measurements while viewing video stimuli. The results suggested that although no differences in gaze discrepancy were observed between the conditions with audio delays of 550 ms and 667 ms, a tendency toward differences in attractiveness ratings emerged.
