(in English) With the expansion of online education, the demand for video content in which an instructor explains lecture slides has been increasing. However, producing such lecture videos requires significant effort and cost. In this report, we propose a method to automatically generate a lecture video that includes a teacher avatar performing semantically meaningful gestures, using lecture slides and a single face image as inputs. Specifically, a lecture script generated from the lecture slides using a large language model is provided as input, and a gesture skeleton video that performs gestures appropriate to the context is generated. Furthermore, by using the generated gesture skeleton video together with a single full-body image, a video is produced in which the target person appears to be actually giving a lecture accompanied by gestures.
