We have been developing metasurface sensors for radio wave measurement in order to develop a compact device for measuring electromagnetic noise. In this study, we investigated lowering the frequency of the sensor, aiming to realize measurement in the 100 MHz band. In conventional structures using dielectric substrates, it has been difficult to achieve both low-frequency operation and a wide bandwidth while maintaining a thin profile. We proposed a method of introducing magnetic materials with high permeability into the metasurface structure. In this paper, we report the evaluation results regarding the effects of introducing magnetic materials on the resonance frequency and bandwidth. |
