(in English) In data centers and AI clusters, where communication capacity is rapidly increasing due to advancements in AI technology, WDM technology is becoming crucial for further improving data transmission rate and bandwidth density, and optical switches with wavelength selectivity are thus key devices for flexible and efficient interconnects. In this presentation, we will discuss our proposed silicon wavelength cross-connect switch with multiband scalability and outline our achievements to date and future prospects.
