The authors confirmed in a previous study the validity of the estimated Quadrant C population within the four-quadrant population framework by comparing it with railway ticket gate data collected in urban areas in October 2024 and October 2025. In addition, we have been investigating destination prediction and the generation of mobility trajectories under specific contextual conditions using mobility trajectory data. In this paper, using mobility trajectory data related to visits to Kyoto originating from Tokyo, we construct a Next Token Prediction (NTP) model, a Masked Language Modeling (MLM) model, and a model fine-tuned on the NTP task using MLM-trained results as pre-training. By comparatively analyzing the embedding representations and conditional prediction results obtained from these models, we examine how differences in training data characteristics and learning methods affect district separability and future mobility prediction performance. |
