(in English) Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite–based Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) are advancing rapidly, increasing the importance of user terminal technologies capable of stable operation in mobile environments. This paper describes the development of electronically steered phased array antennas for LEO satellite user terminals, focusing on compact and lightweight designs. Using a 1024-element planar phased array antenna as a baseline, technical constraints that emerge through miniaturization are discussed. Furthermore, based on insights obtained through 5G NTN standardization activities and international field trials using LEO satellites, design considerations under practical operating conditions and future business deployment of the proposed technology are described.
