Framework Consideration of Organizational Knowledge for Reliability Design

(in English) In this paper, an approach based on a reliability design framework is presented. It is shown that the construction of functions required as aims of production is based on designing, and the loss of functions is assigned as failures. Reliability design is proposed based on the generalized design methodology given by the conceptual theory. The reliability evaluation is interpreted as a measure of failure time and is given by a parametric probability function. The concept of parameters is applied to organizational knowledge, and the Bayesian methodology is explained using prior distributions for opinions.
