Surrogate models for EMI filter design often suffer from limited training data. To address this issue, we optimized design-parameter spacing, using Bayesian optimization (BO), to equalize coverage in the attenuation-spectrum output space and adopted a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) model. These approaches significantly improved prediction accuracy, reducing the average and maximum mean squared errors (MSEs) by 91% and 96% for differential mode (DM) attenuation spectra, respectively. Besides, the average and maximum MSEs by 91% and 89% for common mode (CM) attenuation spectra, respectively. |
