Recently, cooperative aerial reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (Co-ARIS), in which multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) each equipped with an RIS operate cooperatively, has attracted attention as a promising architecture for wide-area and flexible wireless communications. In this study, we propose a mesh-based framework for the analysis and design of service areas in Co-ARIS-assisted millimeter-wave downlink systems under UAV impairments. The proposed method evaluates the spatial distribution of received power through Monte Carlo simulations while taking UAV attitude jitter and positioning errors into account. Simulation results demonstrate that attitude jitter degrades coherent signal combining and reduces the average coverage area, whereas positioning errors smooth out deep null regions and consequently expand the average coverage area. |
