This study aims to develop a multi-axis evaluation framework for trunk-coordinated exercise using time-series data obtained from an IoT training machine. Conventional exercise evaluation methods often rely on single indicators such as exercise count or calorie expenditure, and they do not sufficiently reflect qualitative aspects of movement. In this study, five evaluation metrics, namely Technique, Effort, Balance, Rhythm, and Keep, are designed to assess exercise volume, quality, and stability. The proposed multi-metric framework is applied to HiTREX-based training, and its validity will be examined through subject experiments and correlation analysis with physical and cognitive functions. |
