As security risks such as information leakage have become a significant social issue, identifying the holder of wireless devices has emerged as one of the approaches for mitigation. Conventional techniques for estimating wireless device holders suffer from a fundamental limitation in practical effectiveness, as their estimation accuracy significantly degrades in environments with strong multipath reflections, particularly when the holder is stationary. In this study, we propose an approach that removes the conventional assumption that the power of each incoming path is known in advance, which has been a bottleneck for practical performance, thereby achieving improved effectiveness in wireless device holder estimation. |
