GraphNeuralNetwork(GNN)areproposedasamethodforanalyzingdata bylevaraging its graph structure. In this paper, we propose a GNN incorporated spatio-temporal propagation of traveling wave into the network structure for distributed element cirsuits. This method aims to estimate the voltage source location from observed time-series voltage waveforms. To demonstrate the robustness of our approach, we evaluate the proposed model using data with missing values. For linear graphs, we correlate the weights obtained through learning from missing data with the physical phennomenon of propagation, and demonstrate that physical lows are incorporated into the structure of the GNN. For branched graphs, we investigate the impact of observation points placement on the estimation accuracy. |
