| 抄録 | （和） | サイバー攻撃により社内アカウントが侵害された時，ファイルデータへの不正アクセスや書き換えの脅威に対し，疑わしいアカウントの凍結による封じ込めによる初動対応が行われる．初動対応後には，原因や被害状況の確認が行われ，情報の機密性・完全性を確認した上で業務を再開される．しかし，インシデントの発生から復旧作業が完了するまで数時間～数日を要するため，凍結アカウントに紐づいた重要な業務はその期間に停止してしまう問題がある．本稿は，インシデント対応期間中における重要業務の停止を回避するため，被害従業員が担う業務について，組織内の従業員の業務経験に基づく代替者を決定して，最適な割り当てを行う．本手法によって，インシデント対応期間中においても，代替者による業務の継続が可能になり，組織のレジリエンスを確保することができる． |
| （英） | When corporate accounts are compromised due to a cyberattack, the initial response involves containing the threat of unauthorized access to or tampering with file data by freezing suspicious accounts. Following the initial response, the cause and scale of the damage are investigated, and operations resumes after verifying the confidentiality and integrity of the information. However, since it takes several hours to several days from the occurrence of the incident until recovery is complete, critical operations linked to the frozen accounts are suspended during that period. This paper proposes a method to avoid the suspension of critical operations during incident response. It involves determining suitable alternatives for the affected employee’s duties based on the operational experience of other employees within the organization and assigning them optimally. This approach enables business continuity through these alternatives even during incident response, thereby ensuring the organization’s resilience. | |
