This paper proposes a cooperative inter-operator resource control scheme for local 5G (L5G) networks combining null-steering beamforming and transmission power control. The scheduling period is divided into dedicated and shared portions, with the shared portion further split into two states based on the transmission power of one operator, suppressing mutual interference while expanding the spectrum-sharing area. Resource allocation parameters are dynamically optimized using exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA)-based traffic demand prediction. Simulations show that the proposed scheme achieves a 37.5% improvement in the 95th-percentile user satisfaction ratio over both the static and beamforming-only baselines, closely approaching the theoretical upper bound. |
