In this study, we address the efficient optimization of beam structures using multi-fidelity Bayesian optimization (MFBO). In conventional gradient-based structural optimization methods, the high computational cost of structural analysis is a major issue. Therefore, this study applies MFBO to achieve cost-efficient optimization. In particular, we aim to improve the modeling and optimization performance by employing a sliced Wasserstein kernel for structural optimization. |
