(in English) In this paper, we propose algorithms for applying a permutation to an array while keeping both the array elements and the permutation hidden.
Permutation of arrays is a fundamental operation in secure computation, and a standard approach is based on sorting networks. However, the same operation can be performed more efficiently by constructing a Benes network corresponding to the target permutation. Existing efficient methods for constructing such Benes networks, however, are limited to only a few classes of permutations.
We propose efficient algorithms for constructing Benes networks for four new special classes of permutations. We also present two general array operations built from these constructions. The proposed algorithms enable faster array processing, particularly in the setting of homomorphic encryption.
