(in English) Many local governments operate disaster information dissemination systems integrating multiple communicationmedia. However, operational integration of the Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) Disaster and Crisis Management Report Service into municipal systems has rarely been demonstrated. We developed a prototype integrated system and conducted a field demonstration in Gosen City, Japan. The evaluation covered emergency message issuance, simultaneous satellite and terrestrial dissemination, terminal notification, and evacuation guidance. Notifications reached the ALERT terminal within 12 ‒ 24 s, compared with 18 ‒ 66 s for cellular Area Mail. Evacuation guidance based on the displayed direction was also confirmed. These results demonstrate the feasibility of applying the proposed system to practical municipal operation.
