| 抄録 | （和） | オンラインフォーラムは，専門性や関心の異なる参加者が意見交換する場であり，個々の発言内容だけでなく参加者間の相互作用を通じて議論全体の状態，すなわち議論場属性が動的に形成される． 議論場属性には合意度や攻撃性など複数の側面があるが，意見が十分に表出されなければ合意も対立も形成されないため，本研究は意見の表出の程度を表す活発度を対象とする． 人手のみでは大規模かつ継続的な活発化支援は難しく，AIによるファシリテーションが期待されているが，こうした介入には活発度の定量的把握が前提となる． 活発度として広く用いられる投稿数は発言の中身を考慮せず，少数参加者による内容の乏しい連続投稿と複数参加者による中身のある相互的なやり取りを区別できない． そこで本研究では投稿数に加え，応答が相互に生じる程度を表す相互性と，発言の具体性・新規性から成る内容の質に着目する． 相互性のみでは同意・相槌の応酬も，内容の質のみでは独演的発言も高評価となり，一方のみでは活発な議論を捉えられない．そこで，複数参加者が入れ替わり応答し，かつ内容を伴う場合にのみ高評価となるよう両指標を掛け合わせたモデルを構築した． 内容の質と相互性の組合せが異なる5パターンの議論例で弁別性を検証した結果，投稿数のみのモデルは区別できなかったのに対し，提案モデルは同意のみのやり取りと内容を伴う相互的な議論とを区別できた． |
| （英） | Online forums bring together participants with diverse expertise and interests, where interaction among them dynamically forms the overall state of a discussion, i.e., a discourse-state attribute. Discourse-state attributes have several facets, such as consensus and aggressiveness, but neither agreement nor conflict can form unless opinions are sufficiently expressed; we therefore focus on activeness, which captures the extent of opinion expression. Manual facilitation cannot sustain large-scale, continuous discussions, so AI-based facilitation is expected, which in turn requires activeness to be quantified. Post count, the most widely used activeness measure, ignores content and cannot distinguish content-poor consecutive posts by a few participants from content-rich reciprocal exchanges among many. We therefore focus on reciprocity, the degree to which participants respond to each other, and content quality based on the specificity and novelty of utterances. Since reciprocity alone overrates mere agreement and content quality alone overrates monologue-like utterances, we combine both so that a discussion is rated high only when participants respond to each other with substantive content. Evaluation on five discussion patterns with different combinations of reciprocity and content quality shows that post count alone fails to discriminate between patterns, whereas the proposed model distinguishes agreement-only exchanges from genuinely reciprocal, content-rich discussions. |
