(in English) With the explosive growth of information resources and the ongoing shift toward and widespread adoption of AI in information processing, there is a growing need to streamline information discovery and delivery. However, the World Wide Web (WWW)—designed with human browsing in mind—lacks built-in mechanisms for efficient computer-based information discovery. As a result, significant time and computational resources are spent on information security considerations on the publisher’s side, keyword hunts on the user’s side, and the crawling performed by search engines that mediate between the two. This paper introduces a method to solve the challenges above not by publishing the information resources themselves, but by sharing the relationships between them as local graphs and constructing a wide-area graph network of information resources. Specifically, by using hash values based on the content or URLs of information resources as their IDs, we enable the interconnection of local graphs from diverse sources; this, in turn, facilitates information retrieval through highly accurate graph operations. Furthermore, by classifying information resources through graph analysis and maintaining them with real-time updates, it becomes possible to search for similar information and adjacent information without keywords.
