これまで著者らは音声からメンタル状態を推定する技術の研究を進めてきた．筆者らはこの分析手法をスマートフォンに実装することで，通話時の音声からメンタル状態をモニタリングするシステムを開発した．本研究では，大うつ病性障害患者を対象にして，うつ病推定における本システムの有用性を検証することを目的とした．検証のために，大うつ病性障害患者に定型句読み上げによる発話の録音を求めメンタル状態を算出した．これらにうつ病評価尺度による評価データを突合し，データ間の相関傾向について調査した．その結果，メンタル状態とうつ病評価尺度の間に相関が確認でき，うつ病推定における本システムの有効性が示唆された． |

The authors have previously conducted studies on a technology that allows us to estimate mental state based on a voice. We have developed the Mind Monitoring System which is the smartphone application to monitor the mental health status by voice during telephone calls. In this study, we verified the effectiveness of this system in depression estimation for patients with major depressive disorder. For verification, we asked major depressed patients to record the speech by reading a fixed sentence, and calculated mental condition by using the recording voice. Then, we performed correlation analysis between the mental condition and the depression evaluation scale. As a result, a correlation was found between the mental condition and the depression evaluation scale, and the effectiveness of this system in depression estimation was suggested. |
