メンタルヘルス不調が社会問題となっており,様々な対策やスクリーニング技術が検討されてきた.我々は,音声から抑うつ状態やストレス状態などの健康状態を推定する研究を進めてきた.音声を用いた分析は,実施者への負担が少なく手軽に行う事ができるという特長がある.本研究の目的は,音声を用いた大うつ病と双極性障害患者の鑑別の有効性を検討することである.本研究では,大うつ病患者,双極性障害患者および健常者が定型文を読み上げた音声を録音した.あわせて,抑うつ傾向を含めた調査票を実施した.そして,音声を用いた分析結果を比較・検討した.検証の結果,音声指標「元気圧」において,健常者,大うつ病および双極性障害の多重比較検定により健常者と双極性障害の平均値に有意傾向が見られ,健常者および双極性障害の鑑別に音声指標を用いる事ができる可能性が示唆された. |

Mental health disorder has become a social problem in many advanced countries, and various countermeasures and screening techniques have been studied. We are conducting research to estimate health condition such as depression state and stress state from voice, and analysis using voice is non-invasive, does not require any special dedicated device, has no reporting bias, is easy to use and can be performed remotely. The purpose of this research is to distinguish between major depression and bipolar disease by voice. In the experiment, we collected voice from healthy subjects and patients with major depression and bipolar disorder in a hospital's consulting room. In addition, some questionnaire including depressed mood was carried out. Then, we compared the results from voice by the multiple comparison test of significant difference of mean value. As a result, there significant difference was observed between healthy and bipolar disease of speech indices, suggesting to distinguish between healthy and bipolar disease by voice was effective. |
