(in English) Newly-proposed high permittivity tape transmission line was theoretically and experimentally investigated at millimeter-wave region. At first, the tapes were fabricated by using two types of materials, having relative dielectric constants of 90 and 197. The dispersion characteristics of the high permittivity tape transmission line, exited by a coaxial cable, were measured and the flat dispersion performances were confirmed at 40 GHz and 60 GHz. The transmission losses were estimated by measuring the unloaded Q factors. The transmission losses were 20 dB/m for the high permittivity material with a relative dielectric constant of 90 and 18 dB/m for that with a relative dielectric constant of 197, respectively.
