Development and Evaluation of the Attractive e-Learning Materials in Programming Education

In recent years, information education is taken at many universities and the lesson of information literacy or programming language education is carried out with rapid development of an information society. Until now, research on programming language education is actively done from various viewpoints. This research proposed the new teaching method from a charming and effective design viewpoint by using the two ID theories: ARCS Motivation Model for raising study volition and Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction for making study effective. Based on this teaching method, development and evaluation of attractive effective Java language e-Learning teaching materials were performed. |
