End-to-end Quality management method of VoIP speech by using RTCP XR

(in English) QoS (quality of service) control is one of the key technologies for the next generation network. It is important to manage the bearer quality of network in the conventional method of QoS monitoring. However, it is the most important to guarantee end-to-end QoS in the viewpoint of customers. Since it is known that the speech quality of VoIP is affected by IP network performance factors, non-intrusive QoS monitoring methods using passive network performance measurement is watched with keen interest. In recent years, RFC 3611 (RTCP XR) and ITU-T recommendation P.564 have been proposed as a end-to-end quality monitoring method of VoIP speech.These are the framework recommendations, and usage is not shown. Therefore we propose the end-to-end qualitymonitoring method of VoIP speech by using RTCP XR.
