Negotiating method among alternatives (sub-goals) in Goal-Oriented Requirements Analysis

(in English) This paper presents a negotiating method among alternatives (sub-goals) in Goal-Oriented Requirements Analysis, a useful technique to achieve prioritization of goals during requirements analysis phase in software development process. In this method, an analyst firstly sets up initial goals of stakeholders at the top view of goal-graphs. The second step, which comes after establishing initial goal as customers needs, is the process of decomposing and refining the goals of stakeholders into sub-goals, the objectives to reach parent goals. The step called “Providing OR connected sub-goals with attribute values by characteristics of goals” is third division of negotiating method, which supply sub-goals with attribute values. Those attribute values can help an analyst to investigate the alternatives of sub-goals in negotiating method after fourth step, prioritizing and determining alternatives by comparing attributes values with the help of Analytic Hierarchy Process method. After getting attribute values of sub-goals, alternatives will be negotiated by comparing attributes results.
Furthermore, “Negotiating method among alternatives (sub-goals) in GORA ” method is supportive approach to requirements elicitation procedure in Requirements Analysis, one of first step in Software development process. In addition, Airlines based software requirements will be analyzed as a case study to understand negotiating method in detail.
