Robotics Education and Formative Play Raise Four Natures of Student

(in English) The computerization changes the machine to be the black box. Under that condition, it is difficult to understand the structure of an intelligence machine scientifically. According to the reason, we propose the learning strategy which plays with a robot. Children's play with a robot gets interested in robot technology. The interest to a robot becomes the motive to study about technology. For instance, you live with your pet, and you understand what she wants and feels. We promote the formative play to introduction of technology education in elementary school. Children study robot technology, performing work using a natural material and artificial robot. We think that four natures are important. They are observation, creation, manufacture, and appreciation. These are important in technology education. We think that the activity used in experience without distinguishing a natural material and an intelligence machine raises engineering nature.
