| (in English) | III－nitrtide semiconductors are expected to be key materials for optoelectronics. In this study, we have tried to fabricate GaN-based field emitter arrays toward application to field emission displays. We have investigated structural properties and field emission characteristics of field emission arrays consisting of GaN nanorods grown on patterned SOI substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. | |
