Virtual Assistant: An Agent for Assisting Video Contents Production

(in English) This paper introduces a novel idea of ``Virtual Assistant'' that supports video contents aquisition for communicating knowledge．In industry, academic disciplines, and even in home, video contents are effective way for recording and communicating our knowledge to others. To make such videos more comprehensible, an assistant is often introduced and he/she helps in many ways the person who gives explanations. Although this framework is widely recognized as a good way for contents production, we cannot expect such an assistant for our personal video taking. To cope this problem, we propose ``Virtual Assistant'' that gives appropriate responces to a human actions, i.e., explanations and other accompainying behaviors, and makes it easier for the human to explain something in comprehensible ways. We describe the framework that enables virtual assistant and give the results of a preliminary experiments.
