| (in English) | This paper describes a 4K super high definition video streaming system using JPEG 2000 codec. This system can encode, transmit and display live image up to 4096 x 2160 pixel resolution which is standardized by a system specification for digital cinema published by DCI (Digital Cinema Initiative, LLC.). The bit rate of encoded data is at least 300Mbit/s. We adopted a high speed forward error correction based on LDGM codes and achieved robust video transmission with 10 percent redundancy even the error rate of a network was 4 percent. This paper also describes the result of the transmission evaluation. | |
