(in English) In order to develop new environmentally friendly solar cells a thin film solar cell of 3D cell structure using Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) is proposed. This structure is the device which generates electricity by nanocomposites of pn junction, in particular nanoporous TiO2 filled with CZTS. We used the photo chemical deposition which is a non-vacuum process. In this report, as the experimental production of the 3D cell structure, CTZS thin films were deposited on the nc-TiO2 substrates. As a result, it is confirmed that CZTS penetrated inside the nano particle layer by cross sectional SEM. But, the deposited films were affected by some nano particle effect.
