(in English) ZnS thin films are prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique using ammonia and hydrazine monohydrate as complexing agent. The growth rate of ZnS films is investigated controlling the pH value of solution. Keeping pH of solution high, thicker films are doposited.
