A method to select process on IT Capability Assessment -- By adapting a selecting method in Strategic Consulting Firm --

(in English) Recently we can see the growing interest on Capability Evaluation of the various kind of organizations. View point of assessment is process. Somebody needs to select process from best practice process models. However, it is not clarified that what kind of process should be assessed. Sometimes too many processes are selected. Some assessments select too few processes. In this paper, we propose a method how to select process which is Strategic consulting firm’s method. That is matching customer relational information and consulting firm knowledge which is learned from other client. When we adapt this method real case example, almost same term is spend to assess the organization, but result of assessment is acceptable.
