| 抄録 | （和） | 本稿では、韓国人日本語学習者及び日本語母語話者が促音の知覚における音響的な手がかりを探ることを研究目的とし、それに関連する研究質問を設け、検証することにした。研究質問は以下の通りである。 1)日本語母語話者及び韓国人日本語学習者の促音の知覚境界値形成に先行母音長はどのような影響を与えるのか。 2)先行母音短縮によって促音の境界値はどのように変動するのか。3)促音の知覚境界値は「単語レベル」及び「文レベル」によって異なるのかについて調査を行った。 その結果,日本語母語話者及び韓国人日本語学習者の促音の知覚境界値と先行母音長は補償関係であることが明らかになった。つまり、先行母音長を短縮した場合、促音の知覚境界値が有意に抑制する結果である。先行母音長の相違及び単語レベルと文レベルの差、日本語母語話者と韓国人日本語学習者の差という変数の中で、促音の境界値形成に最も影響を与えるのは単語レベルと文レベル差であることが明らかになった。 |
| （英） | This paper reports research investigating the perception of Japanese geminate (/sokuon/)/ singleton stops by both Korean learners of the language and native speakers by acoustic analysis. Based on this, three questions were examined: 1) What influence, if any, does the length of the vowel prior to the geminate/ singleton stop have on the perceptual boundaries of Japanese native speakers and learners? 2) When the length of the prior vowel is shortened, in what way does this influence the perceptual boundaries? 3) Are the perceptual boundaries influenced differently if the geminate/ singleton stop is at the word level or the sentence level (the context)? The results of this study demonstrated that there was a difference in the perception of geminate/singleton perceptual boundaries between Japanese native speakers and Korean learners. In particular, there was a compensation effect observed in the perceptual boundaries when the prior vowel was shortened. Furthermore, it was determined that this compensation effect was influenced by the type of vowel, and the first language of the participants, however, the greatest influence was the context. |
