Basic study on frequency characteristics of oleic acid film electrodeposition of quartz resonator for basic taste solutions

(in English) In this report, we studied a measurement method for taste substances using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor. We obtained frequency characteristics of an oleic acid film electrodeposition of quartz resonator for basic taste solutions. As a result, differences in characteristics were verified in each basic taste solution. The oscillation frequencies have decreased as concentration of taste solutions increases. Additionally, the amount of mass load was calculated by formula of Sauerbrey. The change in the amount was different due to each chemical nature. Therefore, we suggested the validity of QCM sensor for the measurement of taste substances.
