Requirements elicitations and modeling processes for uncertain problem domains

(in English) Current software development methodologies usually assume the existence of definite rules and processes in target problem domains, and it might decrease the productivity and makes it difficult to identify the optimal solutions when we apply them to the software development for non-routine applications. The paper proposes a development method for such software development using fishbone diagrams in order to analyze the requirements of stake holders, which can derive UML diagrams from the cause-result structure defined by the fishbone diagrams. The method could increase the productivity of the above development, creating high quality software specifications. We also show a case study on developing education assistance software using the proposed method.
