Perfect Classified Channel retaining DC balance

(in English) This paper shows an implementation for Perfect Classified Channel (PCC) that shall be encrypted at all times. PCC is Layer-1 encryption system and prevents leak of not only packet information but also existence of packet. PCC, by using fully assembled AES, can be used as physically coding sub layer of high-throughput communication path without 8B/10B or 64B/66B algorithm for retaining DC balance. This paper confirms the DC balance of PCC and shows detail of its hardware architecture.
