A Study on Wireless Multi-hop Localization Game

(in English) We have developed a wireless multi-hop localization game based on classical field game. The players use mobile game consoles with ad-hoc networking capability and play the game on a field. The fundamental concept underlying a wireless multi-hop localization game is that players on a team establish an ad-hoc network to estimate their positions and then compete for positioning accuracy with other teams obtained by using a multi-hop localization technique. Simulations revealed that velocity and obstruction positions were the key parameters in playing the war game. The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed game worked well as a game with ad-hoc networking capability.
