This paper describes noise reduction effect of sloped reset for readout circuitry of image sensors.
A sloped control signal is applied to the reset switch of the amplifier for reducing the reset noise of the amplifier and the reset switch
changes off state from on state.The reset switch turn high resist state between on and off state.
The sloped reset limits bandwidth of readout circuit and reduces thermal noise from pixel when readout circuitry sampled reset level. |
