Information ethics and moral of teacher education of information studies

(in English) December 2008, the draft of new curriculum guideline for Japanese high schools was announced by the ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japanese government. In this draft, you can find many occurrences of ``information moral'' although the term of ``computer ethics'' is not appeared. Computer ethics is regarded as a research area while ``information moral'' is not regarded as a research area. I suspect that many Japanese teachers of K12 schools confuse computer ethics with information moral. The reason must be found in the course of school education staff of Japanese universities. In this report, I describe the method of teaching on computer ethics and computer risk management for high school educational subject ``information studies.''
