A Proposal of Small and Light Haptic Interface for Ten Fingers

(in English) The purpose of this research is realization of haptic interaction in images projected from projectors. If we consider decrease of the tiredness under operation, and operation with many people or several fingers, the small lightweight wearable haptic interface will be needed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the fingertips-type Haptic Interface which used the structure light based position sensor and the small vibration motor. The feature of this method is that the haptic device itself can get position information immediately. This can reduce a influence of the time-lag which cause a problem of force sense presentation. Moreover, this can present high quality force sense by high-speed position measuring.
