We developed a communication support system that adapts for users and environments using electrooculogram (EOG), electromyogram (EMG) and electroencephalogram (EEG). We employed the signals of right and left eye movements and bite. When users can move their muscles, 3 kinds of movements were distinguished from no movements using EOG and EMG signals. When users cannot move them, we tried to extract the features of the movements using EEG signals. The results suggest that 2 kinds of eye movements can be distinguished by our system. |
